01About the Maker
Nurturing the Power of Tomatoes in Matsumoto's Fields
Shinshu Aozora Natural Farm grows vegetables in the Hata and Azusagawa areas of Matsumoto, Nagano. It uses grass-covered cultivation and places great importance on creating an environment in which vegetables can thrive.
To help plants develop their natural potential, the farm pays attention to the soil and surrounding grasses. The work behind the juice’s flavor begins in the fields, before bottling.
02About This Product
Waiting for Tomatoes to Ripen on the Vine
The farm selects fully vine-ripened cherry tomatoes, carefully judging when to harvest them. The juice is made to bring out sweetness, umami, and a fruity aroma.
Cherry tomatoes are the only ingredient. No salt, citric acid, or pH adjusters are added, preserving the flavor of the fruit and bringing its sweetness and umami to each glass.
03About Flavor
Full of sweetness, umami, and aroma
The farm aims for a balance of sweetness, umami, and fruity aroma, with less of the green flavor often associated with tomatoes. This balance is characteristic of Muku Tomato Juice.
Start by pouring a small glass and drinking it straight. Take a small sip to appreciate the intensity of the flavor as you taste it and the lingering aroma.
04How to Enjoy It
A Small Glass to Begin a Meal
Pair it with morning bread or egg dishes, or pour a small amount to start your meal. Why not incorporate it into your daily meals as a drink that lets you savor the flavor of tomatoes at a leisurely pace?
