Yamazakana Yamaki is a shop located on Nakamachi Street in Matsumoto that connects Shinshu cuisine to travel and daily life.

For visitors to Shinshu, we offer items that will make for lasting travel memories; for locals, we offer gifts or special treats for yourself. Our selection focuses on items that capture the essence of Shinshu’s climate and culture, while also featuring flavors passed down through generations from across Japan.
