We value our connections with trusted local producers and carefully select our products based on their ingredients and production methods. We strive to ensure our products are safe to eat and offer flavors that will be cherished for years to come. Our tsukudani and other long-lasting items make excellent souvenirs or gifts.
Whether you’re visiting Matsumoto or living here, we hope to provide an opportunity to experience the local food culture and strive to be a shop that carries that culture forward into the future.
