Have Yamazakana Yamaki’s mountain delicacies delivered right to your home. Here’s information about ordering online and delivery.
Delivery and Shipping Fees
We only ship within Japan. Shipping rates are divided into two categories: room-temperature shipping and temperature-controlled shipping. Oyaki are shipped via frozen shipping.

About Shipping Methods and Shipping Costs
We ship oyaki via frozen shipping. The following three rules apply to shipping and shipping fees.
- Room-temperature items only: Shipping fee for room-temperature shipping.
- Frozen items only: Shipping fees for frozen shipping (temperature-controlled shipping).
- Room-temperature items and frozen items: These will be shipped separately, and shipping fees will apply to each.
Shipping charges are calculated on the checkout page based on your order details and shipping address.
Example: When shipping frozen oyaki and room-temperature items to Tokyo, the shipping cost is 1,300 yen for temperature-controlled shipping plus 1,000 yen for room-temperature shipping, for a total of 2,300 yen (tax included).
Items that can be shipped at room temperature and those requiring temperature-controlled shipping will be shipped separately, and shipping fees will apply to each. Refrigerated items will be delivered within the temperature range specified on each product page.
Items in the "60" size category must have a total of all three dimensions within 60 cm and weigh no more than 2 kg, including packaging. For bulk orders, orders exceeding the "60" size or 2 kg, or orders requiring multiple boxes, we will inform you of the shipping method and any additional shipping charges prior to shipment and will finalize the order only after receiving your approval.
The price listed for "temperature-controlled shipping" includes the temperature-controlled shipping fee.
For deliveries to remote islands, we will check whether delivery is possible and determine the shipping cost. Please contact us before placing your order.
Estimated Shipping Time
We typically ship orders within 2 business days of receipt. For payments made at convenience stores, items are typically shipped within two business days after we confirm receipt of your payment. We are closed on Wednesdays. The shipping date and delivery date may differ. If specific information is provided for a particular item, please check the details on the product page.
Pick Up at Our Matsumoto Store
You can select “In-Store Pickup” during checkout. Please check the email confirming your order is ready for pickup and visit the store during business hours.

Payment
Online, you can pay by credit card, PayPal, or convenience store payment. Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay will appear on the checkout screen depending on your device and environment.
Convenience store payments are available at FamilyMart, Lawson, Ministop, Daily Yamazaki, and Seicomart. Select "Convenience Store Payment" during the checkout process and follow the on-screen instructions.
Items purchased via convenience store payment will be shipped after we confirm your payment. Your order will not be shipped at the time it is received. Please complete the payment process by the deadline specified in the payment instructions.
Product prices include tax.
Returns and Order Inquiries
Since these are food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience. If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
