Yamaki Delicacies is a specialty souvenir shop located in Nakamachi, Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture. Using ingredients nurtured by the rich nature of Shinshu, we offer refined “mountain delicacies” to everyone. The name “Yamazakana” symbolizes the joy of savoring the rich blessings of Shinshu.
For those visiting Shinshu, we provide special items that allow you to feel the nature and culture, and for those who love the region, we offer carefully selected high-quality products as gifts for loved ones or treats for oneself. At Yamaki Delicacies, we strive to maximize the local charm and deliver a rich experience through the tastes of Shinshu to all our visitors.
Additionally, we aim to be a beloved store by the local community, just as the former “Yamahei Grocery Store” was, by offering not only Shinshu products but also Japanese traditions in a new form, enriching the daily lives of the people of Matsumoto. We propose a new style of souvenirs that have never been seen before, with products that allow you to feel the unique climate and refined taste of Shinshu, carefully selected for special occasions and gifts.
